Large wooden divination urn. Actual ceremonial piece used in a divination ritual; it's been struck (cracked) to release the magic or spirit after the ceremony had been completed. Made of local hardwood. Actual origin unknown (possibly Ghana). Pre-1960s. 13" tall (with removable lid) x 9.5" diameter.
